In this class we will incorprate planning a trip where tides and currents are involved then take a trip to work with some ocean waves

We will start the day by getting familiar with navigation charts and tide tables. Then during the trip to the ocean we will work on group dynamic and management skills along with various rescues, we will also work on towing, all in a moving water environment. Once reaching the mouth of the Bay we will work on paddling with waves in a wave size adjustable environment

Class Level Advanced beginner or intermediate

Location: Tillamok Bay Oregon

Time: Meet at 9:am - 3:30

*Proper cold water immersion wear and helmet required
