Learning on paper is only the first step, in this class we will go beyond chart theory and get practical experience paddling currents

In this class we will cover, how to interpret current flow and tidal information, how to plot a ferry angle using a chart & ranging. Then apply this knowledge strategically, while learning and practicing fundamental paddling techniques in fast current, including peel outs, eddy catching, and ferry gliding. These are essential skills for safe paddling in tidal areas! This is an excellent opportunity to push your limits with a strong safety net.
